Although an established business with a history of quality printing, the company didn’t feel seen within the community. After a branding change resulting in a new logo and color scheme, it was time to release a website complimentary to the new vision.

A Services page listing everything the company did with an accompanying was imperative to answering many questions before they were asked.

One of the largest issues to overcome was streamlining the order process, cutting down on back-and-forth correspondence as much as possible. A multi-page form with limited choices (although strategically placed fill-ins) and visual references helped relieve many customer questions.
The website needed straightforward communication, informing the customer with enough knowledge to make their order with minimal or no assistance, but with friendly access to help if needed.
Key to re-introducing the company was introducing the team. A short but visually informative and precisely worded About Us page provided customers with a friendly, welcoming introduction.
